Catmare is based off of the DC villain Catwoman. Her design comes from the 1960's Batman tv show. Her secret identity on the movie tied in with the series is  Miss Kitka however her general secret identity is Selina Kyle. While she doesn't have super powers she is a master thief and uses a bullwhip with expert proficiency as well as several other weapons and items, such as sleeping gas.

Bathorse is based off of the DC superhero Batman. His design was inspired by The Super Friends tv show that ran from the 1970s to the 1980s. His secret identity is Bruce Wayne. While he doesn't have super powers, he has a variety of Bat-Themed weaponry, which include Bat-a-rangs or my personal favorite Bat-Shark repellent :D He also uses his genius intellect, physical prowess, martial arts skills, detective skills, science and technology, vast wealth, provocation of fear and intimidation, and an indomitable will in his continuous war on crime.
